Does anyone know what’s going on here? My boyfriend has everything locked except Stamin up, dead wire, and energy mine. He’s a rank 32 but when he goes to equip augments they’re all checked off for him and he can equip them. He just can’t get them unlocked to research them though. I’ve not seen this before so I was wondering if there’s any suggestion to make them unlockable. Thanks.
