Was it ever explained why Johnny can move things even if he’s a construct

Things like the pill bottle or the crate ( I think ) he used to sit down on. I’m just wondering if this was explained and how he does it as I never understood how. Or is it a plot hole. Or am I over thinking it abit to much🤔
