Been happening like this for a few days now but everytime i try to go online in zombies on ps5 this always pops up but multiplayer works fine and i even reinstalled the game but i still face this issue

Been happening like this for a few days now but everytime i try to go online in zombies on ps5 this always pops up but multiplayer works fine and i even reinstalled the game but i still face this issue
