Just finished tuning my RAM on my Ryzen 7 5700X3D setup and wanted to share my ZenTimings and get some feedback.
The RAM kit is a Kingston Fury 32GB (2x16GB Single Rank) rated for 3600MT/s CL18 out of the box (KF3600C18D4/16GX). I'm pretty sure it's Kingston/Hynix die, but managed to get it down to CL16 stably.
Key Specs & Settings:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH (BIOS 2.N0)
FCLK / MCLK / UCLK: 1800 MHz (1:1:1 ratio)
Primary Timings: 16-19-19-19-36-55
VDIMM: 1.40V
VSOC: ~1.07V
PowerDown Mode: Disabled | GDM: Enabled
Secondary Timings Highlights:
tRRDS / tRRDL / tFAW: 4 / 6 / 16
tRDRDSCL / tWRWRSCL: 5 / 5
tRFC: 630 (350ns)
Note: PowerDown is disabled for that extra bit of latency reduction
Everything has been fully stable so far in my stress tests. What do you think? Are there any specific sub-timings here that I could try to push even further, or should I leave it as it is for a daily driver?
