The Aberrant Aphrodite set is scheduled to leave on July 31st. Because of that, it would make more sense for the pre-order period to remain available until July 31st as well. Traditionally, the pre-order has lasted through the final week, so ending it earlier is confusing and inconsistent with how it has worked before.
This is especially problematic for players who haven't converted their gems yet. Since the next GILT set won't arrive for another 44 days, ending the pre-order early puts unnecessary pressure on players and may cause them to miss out.
I suggest extending the pre-order duration until July 31st to match the set's end date. This would be more consistent, less confusing, and fairer for the player base.
