It's a sealed box, ordered it from amazon. Amazon is not accepting return for this product.
(We ordered a 9950x3d for about $699 for our project, but we received a 7800x3d, which is much cheaper. Amazon is not accepting return. The box is seal packed, and we have filed a formal complaint on national consumer helpline)
