i've been dealing with this weird problem. apparently this happened months ago but i was tired of fixing it so i left it there. today i forgot that i had the problem and decided to play the game. pressed launch, 15s went by, clicked a few buttons, loading popup went up and disappeared. cant play the game and im really frustrated. you can see in the video i attached. pls help
