Saw this fix in a post and thought I would try it since I’ve tried everything else like most everyone else. I bought a TPM module for my Asus Z590p off Amazon for $12.50. Plugged it right into my motherboard went into bios, changed firmware TPM to discrete TPM then just logged in and ran the attestation scan and everything passed. No bios update needed now able to play the game. The TPM modules manufacturer version is 7.2.2.0.
