
Hello CODM community and developers,
I am posting here out of absolute desperation. On July 5, 2026, my Call of Duty: Mobile account was suddenly issued a 10-year suspension with Error Code 15035.
This account is incredibly precious to me. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, third-party crosshairs, or any unfair applications in my life. I am a completely honest player who loves this game and has put years of hard work, time, and dedication into my profile.
What actually happened right before the ban was simple: I minimized the game briefly to open YouTube and check for a new CODM game event. When I switched back to the game app a moment later, I was instantly logged out and greeted with the 10-year ban screen.
I am completely certain that the anti-cheat system misinterpreted this sudden app-switching or the background network shift as something malicious by mistake. Because my gameplay is 100% clean, I am not afraid of anyone checking my match logs—my accuracy, movement, and stats will easily prove my innocence.
I have already submitted an official support ticket, but I am posting here in hopes that a community manager or developer can see this truth and help flag my account for a manual review. I just want a fair chance to get my precious account back.
