It has an R5 5500 and 32gb of ddr4 Corsair RAM and suspiciously smells like dog pee. Doesn't start or anything. Second photo shows the reason I think why.

I unplugged the PSU to try a different one. The pc doesn't do anything when pressing the on button. Even tried pumping the pins with a screwdriver.
