Found this in a german forum from a Steam User.
Black Ops 2 got a small update on Steam, but now both Multiplayer and Zombies stop updating and just show "Encrypted Content."
Could this be related to the rumored BO1/BO2 PS4/PS5 ports?
Isn't "Encrypted Content" on Steam usually used for unreleased updates?
