Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor
An older CPU, but still one of the best for gaming on the market. This AM5 processor features AMD’s unique 3D V-cache technology, which allows it to have an L3 cache that’s pretty much triple the size of your typical CPU’s. Combined with its 5GHz boost clock speed, it’s a potent combo for high refresh rate gaming. It also features 8 cores and 16 threads, making it decent for multitasking, streaming, and more, but not quite as adept as something like an Intel i7-14700F, which has a much higher core count. 32GB of DDR5 and 1TB SSD
32GB of DDR5 is going to help dramatically reduce micro-stuttering in more demanding titles, like open-world games and simulators, for a much smoother experience, and it’s also going to give you plenty of headroom for future releases and working on large, complex projects in creative applications. Its 1TB SSD is decent, too, and is good if you’re playing a handful of games rather than building a huge collection.

Who’s this iBuyPower gaming PC for?
This is a great prebuild to go for if you’re looking for something plug-and-play, that’s going to be great for FHD and QHD gaming, good for content creation, with excellent build quality and design. For 50/50 gaming and workstation usage, I’d say that you may want to explore RTX 5060 Ti, Intel i7-14700F PCs, which are usually a touch cheaper at around $1,500. You’ll trade off a little when it comes to gaming performance, but gain better multitasking capabilities, plus save a little cash, too.
