I have played Warzone extensively on both PS and Xbox, and am now trying to play it on PC. The issue is, it's not allowing me to use my existing account. It immediately prompts me to enter a phone number to continue, and when I enter my number, it says its already in use, suggesting it's trying to create a new account. I just want to use my existing account.
I have already linked my BattleNet account with both my Playstation and Xbox accounts, however I am still being prompted for a phone number as soon as I open the Call of Duty app on my PC. I have also confirmed that my account on CallOfDuty.com is linked to my Battle.net account.
Any ideas?
