Think about it, Nikolai had to of known that Sam and Eddie being touched by the essence of the previous multiverse would have lasting effects to unravel what he did if he sent them to that perfect world.
And this world is supposed to be fully separate from the dark aether right? So why would Dravakar say all the universes, including the CW universe that Sam and Eddie were sent to, are reliant on the dark aether's existence?
I think Nikolai sent them to the best universe he could without putting them in the perfect world. It's out there, somewhere completely separate from the dark aether altogether, completely free of all the corruption that comes with the dark aether, just like Nikolai intended to create with the end of the original aether storyline and ensure their sacrifice was truly preserved.
