Both clips are taken from slow-mo on my iphone with exactly the same slow-mo settings and game settings as well.
Fixed I have tried
-new mouse
-v sync off/on
-full screen vs borderless window
-polling rate on my mouse
-sweeping for crumbs on my desk 😛
