Whenever I load into a game, there’s a 90% chance that I will permanently freeze after seeing a few frames and I have to force shut CS2

Does anyone know how to lower the chances of freezing when loading in? I've loaded in before, and it was playable at 15 to 20fps. I've tried multiple times and haven't been able to get good luck on the freezing part.
