Not only are Steam Achievements cool, it would be a great way to tell if a player is actually legit and actually plays the game. Idle accounts would be exposed.
With CS2 we've lost everything. At least we used to have steam achievements but they just removed them. very unfortunate the game is going this way the past few years.
