It’s been a while since I posted here. Someone once told me that after upgrading your setup once, you’re never fully satisfied again… and honestly they were right.
Recently managed to score a free L-desk and found a Samsung Odyssey G5 ultrawide locally for $80 from an elderly seller retiring, so I finally committed to a triple-monitor layout.
I also added:
- warm ambient lighting behind the desk
- Govee light bars
- a small IKEA lamp
- mounted my camera properly for the first time
I originally didn’t want a vertical monitor at all, but it ended up being surprisingly useful and way more comfortable ergonomically than I expected.
The main goal with this setup was keeping it cozy, clean, and breathable without going overboard on RGB. Still thinking about adding something subtle to the left wall, but overall I’m finally starting to feel “done” with it for once.
Would love any recommendations or small improvements you think could improve it further. 🙂
