I have changed my 6900 XT pads with Upsiren UTP8 and repasted it with Thermalright Helios V2. But as you can see in the first picture the cooler block doesn’t touch the VRM. I hope to not fry the VRM of the GPU. Also I don’t want to unscrew the GPU cuz applying the Helios was cancer AF.

I kept the original pads in case something wrong happens. Sadly I didn’t take picture of this before applying putty but I think the pads were thinner than the putty.

I usually run this GPU with a nice undervolt, 2450MHz@1085mV resulting in 190-230W@65-75C hotspot depending on the game.
