Can’t login to Xbox live on [COD3] on my veteran playthrough

Does anybody know how to fix this? I restarted my console and the game several times. It booted me out of the campaign once I completed the 6th mission like it did on ones before it and now I can’t play it, let me know asap if you have faced this issue before. Thank you all
