So I have a monitor, it's a cheap about 155$ 27 inch 1080p LG monitor clocked at 100HZ. It's model number is LG 27MR400-B and I really want to overclock it to something like 110 to 144hz. It's is definitely capable of it and has a hard coded or software block that doesn't let it exceed 100hz which results in an out of range message whenever I try overclock it. I've tried everything like lowering the resolution and accessing the hidden panel and turning on nvramit. How do I get around or get rid of it. I really want that high refresh rate.
