Treasure Cars in Forza Horizon 6 are a new set of cars that require you to solve a clue and find them. They are slightly more complex than the Barn Finds as you aren’t given an exact radius to search in, but you can find them without unlocking anything specific, if you know where to look. In game, you discover Treasure Cars by driving past the areas and regions near where they are located. Mei will then inform you that there was a car rumoured to be nearby, providing you with a clue and image of the car in the game’s menu within the Treasure Cars section. There are nine Treasure Cars to collect, each one in a different region and section of Japan, encouraging you to explore as much as possible, if you want to find them naturally.
Forza Horizon 6 features three different types of collectible cars you can find in the world, and Treasure Cars are just one of them. Barn Finds return from previous games and are hidden in areas around the map. Aftermarket Cars are brand-new, cheaper car variants that spawn based on your own collection.

Nissan 1991 Figaro Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Nissan 1991 Figaro Treasure Car is one of the only ones in Tokyo City. It is right on the waterfront with the clue:
“A classic Nissan Figaro, forgotten in one of the city’s car parks near the iconic Rainbow Bridge. Use the photo to find it.”
With this clue, head to the very southern point of Tokyo City, along the southern road. Ignore the Daikoku Parking Area. Just to the east of the westernmost bridge/highway, you can drive along the road.
You will find a parking area next to a shop which has the car.
Nissan 1991 Figaro
Dodge 1969 Charger R/T Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Dodge 1969 Charger R/T is likely to be one of the first Treasure Car clues you come across. It is located in the Minamino Region. This classic car’s clue is:
“This American classic has been spotted out the back of the Minamino region’s golf course clubhouse. Use the photo to find it.”
With this clue, head to the Naruo Golf Course, located at the centre of the region, next to the river that runs through the region vertically. Find the ponds in the middle of the course and drive to the east.
You will find some small buildings, and the car is located behind them.
Dodge 1969 Charger R/T
Mazda 1985 RX-7 GSL-SE Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Mazda 1985 RX-7 GSL-SE is located in the Ohtani region, next to one of the large radio towers in Japan. The clue you are given is:
“This RX-7 has been spotted near some radio towers in the Ohtani region. Use the photo to find it.”
The car is actually located on the very edge of the western border of the Ohtani region. Head west from the Horizon Festival until you reach the set of radio towers in amongst the hillside.
Here you can find the car amongst the buildings.
Mazda 1985 RX-7 GSL-SE
Porsche 1987 959 Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Porsche 1987 959 can be found in the north of the Shimanoyama region. It is found within the town of Narai-Juku and has the following clue:
“Spotted outside a convenience store in the Shimanoyama region is a Porsche 959 in need of a loving new owner. Use the photo to find it.”
Head to Narai-Juku and look near the shops just to the east of the central road running through the town.
Hidden in the corner, behind some bushes at the front of the store, you can find the car.

BMW 1981 M1 Treasure Car Solution and Location
The BMW 1981 M1 can be found in Hokubu. It is underneath the large rail line that runs through the region. The clue you have is:
“This classic BMW M1 has been left under one of the railway bridges in the Hokubu region. Use the photo to find it.”
Head just north of the main highway that runs across the region east to west. It is next to some fields. Here you can find a rail line raised above ground level.
Just next to the scaffolding near the fields, under the bridge, you can find the BMW M1.
BMW 1981 M1
Mitsubishi 1995 Lancer Evolution III Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Mitsubishi 1995 Lancer Evolution III is found in Takashiro, near the large waterfall in the region. The clue in-game is:
“An Abandoned Lancer has been spotted below a waterfall in the Takashiro region, near one of the temples. Use the photo to find it.”
Head to the north-west corner of the region, near the hairpin loop on the hillside. Just as you head north, you will find a dirt path to the waterfall.
On the right is the Treasure Car.
Mitsubishi 1995 Lancer Evolution III
Lancia 1974 Stratos HF Stradale Treasure Car Solution and Location
Found in the mountains of Sotoyama, the clue you are given for the Lancia 1974 Stratos HF Stradale is:
“A legendary Lacia Stratos has been spotted abandoned near Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route in the Sotoyama region. Use the photo to find it.”
Head to the western side of the region, specifically the snowy hillside that leads to the player house. When you reach the crossroads with the hillside track in the north, look amongst the small group of buildings.
Next to the house, you can find the Lancia Stratos.
Lancia 1974 Stratos HF Stradale
Ford 2005 GT Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Ford GT can be found in the Nangan region, specifically the eastern coastline at the very souther tip of the region. The clue reads:
“Spotted down one of the Nangan region’s coastal trails, this Ford GT is in need of some TLC. Use the photo to find it.”
Along the road on the eastern coastline, find the parked cars, mascot and signpost.
Follow the dirt path that leads east to find the car sitting and overlooking Tokyo City.
Ford 2005 GT
Nissan 1985 Safari Turbo Treasure Car Solution and Location
The Nissan 1985 Safari Turbo can be found in the Ito region, near the wind turbines. The clue is:
“Perfect for the Ito region’s rough terrain this Nissan Safari has been left to weather the elements near the Wind Farm. Use the photo to find it.”
Head to the northeast corner of the region, near the drift zone. Just when the drift zone begins, head up the hill to the wind turbines.
The car can be found by the base of the turbine.
