Picked up a “dead motherboard” gaming PC off FB Marketplace for $30 today. Turns out it was old QuakeCon equipment based on the stickers on the back.
After some troubleshooting it ended up just being a bad PSU. Tossed in a known good PSU and RAM stick and it POSTed right into BIOS.
Didn’t expect to find a 4790K and MSI Z97 Gaming 7 in it for $30. Definitely one of my better Marketplace finds lately.
