In my first 10 pulls I managed to pull the special edition motorcycle AND the most expensive skin set!
I literally just wanted to test my luck with a few single pulls and ended up getting both back-to-back. I think I just used up my entire year's worth of luck in five minutes… I still can't believe it!

Chance for the Skin per pull: 0.065 x 0.0125 = 0.0008125 (0.08125%)
The probability of pulling both specific items within only 10 attempts is approximately 0.0063%
