Hey everyone this is my first time asking for help and making a post on reddit, i got this problem still happening to this day when i play call of duty or other shooter games, idk how to fix it ive been having this for litterly 2years now ive send my pc to the company i bought it from but they also couldnt fix it the cpu time goes up ( ping) and the fps drops that causes the lagg spike my specs below
