Quick not even rant, but documentation for myself because I want to hold myself to a new rule:
I am not spending another € on this game.
Not because I regret spending money, but because I regret spending money on this game.
Had an issue with customer support a month ago for which I gave them everything they could ever need to get the issue resolved, but I was treated like replaceable trash.
And even though I might be to them, I decided that I would not support this game or company financially anymore.
This is my account, my girlfriend and my brother both have stacked accounts I paid for, they agreed with me that it is enough.
And right now especially because I WANT that dark Sheppard skin so bad, I am repeating this to myself. Not a single € of mine goes into their pockets anymore.
