I turned on my PC last night and the chassis fan immediately started to run at full speed. I did everything I could think of to diagnose my system and nothing worked. After about an hour. I found the source of the problem. This little bastard turned the fan switch to MAX when I'm not home.

I have never touched this switch. Who would have thought… I installed and reinstalled fan-related software. I also checked the settings in the BIOS. Everything looks fine. But the fan just keeps running at full speed… I thought it was some kind of hardware issue. Turns out it was him!
