9800x3d silicon lottery won?

After a lot of testing I got a stable +200 MHz

Core 0 -25

Core 1 -25

Core 2 -31

Core 3 -31

Core 4 -32

Core 5 -30

Core 6 -37

Core 7 -36

I could probably get closer with Core 0, 1, and 5
