[Advice wanted] What can I do to improve my setup?

Overall I’m pretty happy with the setup, I just feel like it’s… lacking something.. or could be improved?
Any advice or ideas welcome!

NOTE: I’m specifically talking about my desk – pls disregard area surrounding it (walls, etc). I’m moving houses soon and currently in the middle of packing. I will be decorating thoroughly in my new spot!
