I got a bit curious about matching my PHYRDL's for DDR5 8000 recently after putting it off for a bit. I found that I had to raise the DramDqDs to 40 Ohms from 34 Ohms and 1.47 for VDDQ/VDDIO. I'm guessing the output signaling was too strong. Now I'm more confuse on why my RAM sticks are running cooler and drawing less current. Temperatures before maxed out to 46c with 23c ambient temperatures while drawing 7 Watts. Now my temperatures are maxing out at 42c with 25c ambient temperatures while only drawing 5.75 Watts.
