I normally play Black Ops 7 and Warzone with this setup, and I wanted to try messing with my RAM to see if I could squeeze out some more performance. I didn’t really expect much, but after moving from 3600 → 4000 MT/s with FCLK, MCLK, and UCLK @ 2000 (1:1:1), and then tightening timings—especially tRRDS, tRRDL, tFAW, and tRFC—the gameplay feel was a night and day difference and extremely noticeable.
What surprised me the most was tRFC. Originally it was set to Auto at 700, so I set it to 620 and tested from there. When I went into Warzone after that change, my movement in-game felt like it doubled in speed. I couldn’t hit my shots, aim tracking felt off, and I even had to lower my controller sensitivity from 1.65 → 1.30, and even that didn’t help. However at 620 tRFC it wasn’t fully stable and failed TM5 anta777 (Test 13) around 56 minutes. So I got curious what would happen if I raised tRFC above 700. I changed it to 800, and the input delay from my controller became very noticeable. Everything felt slower overall and aiming felt terrible as if my controller deadzone was scaled up 3x. This was pretty fun to experiment with and I ended up settling down around 660 tRFC. The fast movement/input response was there and my aim felt locked on and easier to control. Idk if you guys had the same experience with tRFC but I’m just sharing mine. Also any timing suggestions would be really helpful.
