PS Store has revealed the initial list of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in May 2026, as the April lineup has begun rolling out in regions where it’s Tuesday, April 21. As we predicted, Sand Land and Soul Hackers 2 are among the games that will be leaving next month. However, the good news is that Cat Quest games survived the cut.
The following list of departures has been taken from the Japanese and Asian PS Stores. Expect other regions to have the same list when their respective stores update at noon (local time) on Tuesday. There may be slight variations, which we’ll highlight within this article as and when they come up.
Control Ultimate Edition
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan (select regions including Japan)
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope
Mortal Shell + Mortal Shell Enhanced Edition
MotoGP 25
Sand Land
Soul Hackers 2
Do note that this list isn’t necessarily definitive, as Sony sometimes adds more games to the departure list and/or removes games without a warning. We’ll update our readers if more games are added to the PS Store’s Last Chance to Play section.
The games listed above are expected to leave the service by Tuesday, May 19, when next month’s Extra and Premium lineups are added to the catalog.
