

Most of my games we have one guy goes B for three rounds, then at one round he decides to go A leaving B completely empty. This is just an example of the chaos that happens.
As i started learning this game i realized that CT should preplan their positions to hold off the T attack and it should be decided in the buying phase. Being late can mean the T will enter B site or be very fast at long door.
Playing positions is better than to play the place you are closest to because it makes you consistent. This is similar to dota2 positions where you try to play only one position to master it before moving to the next.
For T Side the usual problem is where people throw their smokes. It would be good for T side to show where each player are gonna smoke each location to tell their team what to expect. This can tell people to either push fast or to avoid double smoking the same place.
This planning phase will be available at the start of the game and during every round as well in the buying phase.
