It's an AI agent running on a Raspberry Pi. The face is thousands of particles flowing along the edges of a portrait — all rendered in Canvas2D on a 7" touchscreen.

It sees through a camera, recognizes faces, reads emotions, and controls my room lights and fan with hand gestures. When idle, the face does a slow matrix rain. When it's thinking, everything glitches out.

The personality is modeled after TARS from Interstellar. Dry humor. Three sentences max. It recognized me looking annoyed one evening and roasted me for it, completely unprompted.

Runs on about $200 worth of hardware. Would love to know what other real-world cyberpunk builds people have going.
