The GameSpain Spring 2026 showcase has been aired sooner today on ClemmyGames YouTube channel. The Spanish Videogame Developers Association (DEV) is happy to share the link of the event that has featured 24 of the hottest Spanish Indie Games that are in development or that have been recently released. Here’s a list and a brief description of the games that have participated in this first GameSpainDirect:
Darkbound (Milmotes). Darkbound is a survival horror game where you play as a cat. Avoid the darkness, solve puzzles and help other survivors to escape the hospital.
Altered Alma (2Awesome Studio). Altered Alma combines the beloved classic Metroidvania formula with RPG elements, dating sim features, a slick pixel-art presentation, and a gripping story. Whether you want to beat up bad guys, find love, or just explore the beautiful cyberpunk cityscape, Neo Barcelona awaits!
Dragon Dinner (Menut Studios). Cute but chaotic restaurant simulator where you play as a dragon waiter in a fast-paced dining rush. Set tables, serve hungry dragons, deliver the right dishes, and keep the place clean! After each day, customize the layout of the restaurant and learn new abilities to improve.
Welcome to Mars 9 (Sonomio Games). You wake up in a luxurious space station orbiting Mars with no memory of your past. Explore, solve puzzles, and make ethical choices in this narrative adventure with multiple endings.
Baptiste (Firenut Games). Devastados por una tragedia familiar, Sara y su hijo Tom buscan un nuevo comienzo en Jagged Shore Cliff, un remoto acantilado del Reino Unido. Sin embargo, lo que allí les espera supera sus peores temores.
Sports Card Shop Simulator (OverPowered Team). Rip open packs and flip cards for profit while building the sports card shop of your dreams. Hunt for holos, parallels,autos, and numbered cards to satisfy your collection obsession. Design your own card and experience the ultimate high as you pull yourself out of a pack!
Dystopicon (Palitroque). An uncomfortable dystopian time-management game where your job is to watch TV to earn money, and purchase services that allow you to satisfy your needs. Choose to be a good citizen or a rebel. But remember, curiosity comes at a price in this dystopian society.
Dracula: Crimson Apostle (32 Bits Studio). In this horror escape room, a prequel to the novel Dracula, you play as Renfield. Solve puzzles, survive the trials of the enigmatic Countess Dolingen of Gratz, and escape the horrors that haunt you — both outside and within your mind. Is your fate written in blood?
Forensic – M.E. Protocol (k148 Game Studio). Put on your gloves and enter the crime scene. In this investigation simulator, you will have to solve 9 unique and independent cases full of plot twists. Use drones, robots, and chemical analysis to discover what really happened. Here, you don’t shoot the bad guys; you catch them with science.
Westlanders (The Breach Studios). Forge your legacy in the Westlands. Survive and thrive in a Wild West open world. Alone or with friends, explore, fight, and build from your customizable wagon. Expand into bustling settlements, recruit allies, and forge a network to tame the wilderness and build your legacy.
Peregrino (Inverge Studios). Peregrino is a dark isometric survival adventure where you explore a cursed forest by day and manage your caravan by night. Gather resources, hunt deadly creatures, upgrade your caravan, care for your companions, and lead them through the vast wilderness in search of New Eden.
Poly Impulse (Dani Bedmar). POLY IMPULSE is a minimalist fast-paced movement FPS where you will have to shoot colorful polyhedrons to impulse yourself through the level. Speedrunning is not an option, only the fastest with godlike aim will get the SS rank.
Oniria (Frog Team). Welcome to Oniria, a forgotten village in Spain where dark rural legends from the past intertwine with the present, seeking to take hold of reality. Will you be able to face the demons of your childhood and uncover what lies behind Oniria’s shadowy secrets?
Alonitaire (Kryon Hearts). Break the rules of solitaire in this atmospheric roguelike deckbuilder. Unleash forbidden sigils while the Jack of Spades begs for your help in secret. Forge game-breaking combos under the Joker’s watchful eye and uncover the truth behind the deck. Don’t investigate… just play.
Room 713 (GoragarX). You find yourself in the endless, looping corridors of a mysterious, liminal hotel. Spot anomalies to climb floors and reach your room… or be trapped forever.
Catechesis (Baroque Decay). Embrace the darkness as a demon-possessed altar boy in this Horror RPG. Explore the city, battle demons, upgrade your weapons, and embark on an unforgettable journey with unique characters and anime-style cutscenes.
Thumps & Blows (Widijou). Chaos and fun are guaranteed in this fighting game, where a quirky cast of stickmen battle each other using ridiculous techniques in fast-paced fights with easy-to-learn yet unexpectedly deep mechanics.
Duskfade (Weird Beluga). Shatter the shackles of time as you jump, swing, and slash through a fantastic world in this love letter to classic 3D action platformers. Zirian, accompanied by his mechanical Cuckoo, must save his sister from a mysterious Clock Tower that has plunged the land into eternal night.
Farlands (L&V Media Group). Congratulations, you’ve bought your own planet! An agrarian rock at the edge of the galaxy that, for some reason, was practically being given away for free. So the time has come to leave your hectic, stressful life in an overcrowded metropolis for a more rural and rewarding life.
Rumbral (OSEA Innovations). Rumbral is a dark, puzzle platformer set in a seemingly forgotten world. Find your way in this desolated place while trying to recover your memories and find out who you really are.
Jett Rider Mini H.E.R.O. (Last Chicken Games). A retro mini-adventure set in the Jett Rider universe. Rescue trapped Gravonites, explore dangerous mines, and become a true handheld hero in this classic Game Boy-style experience.
Void Pachinko (Void Shaft Games). Build your own pachinko! Upgrade pins and balls, unleash powerful synergies, and help a shattered village rise again in this incremental adventure.
Starfinder: Afterlight (Epicteller Entertainment). Starfinder: Afterlight is a party-based RPG that brings Paizo’s beloved science-fantasy universe to life. Battle across the Pact Worlds, lead a legendary crew where your choices shape their destiny, and well, save the galaxy while you’re at it!
INDOORS: The Alston Manor (Estigia Softworks). May 2, 1951. The night everyone in the Alston Manor vanished without a trace. As the newest reporter of a paranormal magazine, you are sent back to the night after the happening. Make your way through the mansion, solve puzzles, find evidence and uncover the truth behind the disappearance.
Submissions for Spanish developers who want to participate in the future summer showcase are now open, using this application form, until April 19th.
ABOUT THE GAMESPAIN DIRECT
GameSpain Direct is an event focused on promoting upcoming Spanish video games, set for release within weeks or months at most. The event will take place seasonally featuring 25 trailers, each up to a minute long, all introduced by content creator ClemmyGames – well-known for discovering new indie gems in his channel. Every GameSpain Direct will also feature short interviews with the developers to gain a better understanding of the games, their mechanics, and of course when they will be available! GameSpain is a programme with the goal of promoting Spanish games in international markets, as well as connecting Spanish developers with investors, publishers, media, and other relevant actors of the video games industry.
