I'm trying to fine tune my CL36 Samsung B-die DDR5 ram. So far with the current setup I have it stable with 12 hours in Karhu and 6 hours in TM5.
Getting tCL down to 30 is unstable at 1.45v VDD, didn't try any higher as id like to keep the temps down so settled with tCL 32 at 1.43v. tRFC is unstable below 800 which is common with Samsung b-die.
Both VDDG CCD/IOD are at 1.05v. Running Aida64 benchmark in safe mode gets the latency down to 60ns.
Any further improvements from here or is this pretty much the limit for the Samsung B-die?
