setting it up is a pain but definitely possible (and fun, I feel like a kid) as Steamdeck is pretty much a PC.
Get a Disc drive with a USB-C connector
Desktop mode > Discover store > Proton (1min tutorial) > Restart > Plug in Disc Drive with Disc > Let it load for like 2 minutes lol > Steam > Add non-steam game (setup.exe) from the disc > settings > compatibility > proton latest version > Type out the CD somewhere > Copy the CD Key text > Launch the setup through steam (still desktop mode) > Press Y > Paste > I think you can handle it from here or use the internet (how I got here so far)
You will hassle and the deck will do weird things, like randomly restart, just keep trying if you really want your disc installed, worth it.
