I recreated the M13 build from the MW19 Splash screen (to the best of my ability)
The PBX is not the right sight. I remember seeing that sight in a different COD game, maybe mobile. But PBX (backwards) is the closest match I could get. The stock is also different. Again, I know this stock is in COD but not in MW19. The BLK mags are the closest I could find, just remove the red strip. And there's supposed to be a flashlight on the bottom rail as well.
