BO2 was another game that seemed fairly balanced from what I could tell. SMGs seemed to be the main dominant weapon, as did a more stealthy, run & gun style, but otherwise I don't necessarily remember anything being too op, albeit there was certainly a good handful of equipment or perks that were outperformed.
