Notes:
1 – I tried my best to research as much as I could to find the oldest instance of each logo. Many of these don't appear on the CS Liquidpedia page, so I had to dive deep to find some of this info. It is very possible I missed something or got something wrong, so please let me know if I did!
2 – PARIVISION is the only one I am not 100% sure about. In my previous Budapest post, I found a team called "PARI PARNI" that was turned into PARIVISION at least by signing players, but I couldn't find any info that actually confirmed they were the same thing, so I chose to omit it.
3 – The old MIBR logo is technically not the same org, however, the org was brought back after Immortals and SK got the rights for it, so I thought it would be interesting to add.
