Does anyone keep having this problem? [COD]

I keep pressing A and nothing happens… had to restart my Xbox and now it’s working a bit but I had this same problem yesterday. honestly I’m thinking it might be my Xbox one I really need to upgrade bc the guns take like a minute to load before I even play lmaoo
