Apologies for the Russian Images. This was the most updated tier list i can find on tiermaker.

Now for the list.

Meta: These are the most used and overall op operators in the entire game at this current moment. These operators are op regardless of skill, because they have either bs abilities like damage reduction (Equalizer and Sparrow) and heal block (Reactor Core), or are exponentially more op when used with great skill and smart usage (like Gravity Vortex can shut down entire pathways in HP or turn off entire points, preventing people from capturing it or TAK-5 makes the MVP even more OP, and helps the entire team, even better since it heals and objectively makes them tankier).

Note: While the Gravity Vortex is weaker in terms of mechanics, it's the only operator which can consistently counter the two most op operators in the game, maybe three since it ignores their damage reduction and mechanics.

OP: These Operators are meta level, but are sadly more limited due to their more skill based nature, these skills rely entirely on pure gun skill to be likely better than the Meta. If the opponent is good, they can control the game as much as a meta tier, but is a lot more severe and more detrimental to the team and you when it's not properly used or when you prematurely get killed before you were able to pop off.

Annihilator is the best operator to consistently kill an entire team regardless of range.

Tempest for crowd control and an Annihilator sidegrade.

Death Machine for constant suppression, also damage reduction and extremely long uptime.

Claw to clear a hard point and a much more effective but much shorter duration Death Machine in use.

Misdirection Device helps the entire team and is the only operator to counter the Advanced UAV.

Kinetic Armor for long streaks and less op in raw power, but is much more spammable and faster,

War Machine barely inches to this tear, because i find that countering them is much harder than say the others, but is less consistent in getting kills so it's not op.

Note: If the Tempest wasn't nerfed it would be Meta Tier, but it and Annihilator are equal now.

Great Operators: Basically the gold standard benchmark of an Operator Skill, if they're objectively better than their basic counterpart or provide utility you can't find in your basic gear, loadout or perks, then they're good operator skills. You can use these without any problem and I'm not gonna be mad. Nothing much to say here, it's just there are better operator skills in the higher tiers.

Note: There is no bad operator skill, just better ones in their utility and usage. All operators are useful except the bottom tier, just don't.

Usable Operators: Operator Skills which are not useless, but shouldn't be used that much since their utility is extremely niche or isn't consistent enough to change the tide of the game. Bull Charge lasts too short and only gets three kills. Tactical Deploy is too niche, and can be seen on the map, plus your teammates can choose if they want to be respawned there or not, so not that consistent. There are too many explosives, raw bullets and anti structure weapons that Transform Shield lost its edge. And the Ballistic Shield should be op, but well look at the state of the game, explosions galore.

Waste of a Slot: Don't even bother using them for ranked. They're one time single use operators which are very fast in their recharge to compensate for their lack of use.
