This is my old account (created in 2017). I linked this account to Facebook and iCloud, but in 2021 I lost both Facebook and iCloud, so now this account is not linked to any other accounts. I tried contacting VNG's customer service but they handled it very poorly. Is there a better way to contact them to recover it ?, I stopped playing this game after it got disconnected, and now I suddenly realize I need to save my beloved account.
