After about 4 days in the trenches, with my IMC fighting me every step of the way, countless BIOS resets and flashes, and a fresh Windows install later, I think I've finally found a stable pocket to work with. I know I have some low hanging fruit to grab with the sub timings and turn arounds, but I'm going to enjoy this win for a few days at least before I touch anything else lol.
