Modern Warfare Green and Red bright spots on the map. Help

When I play Call of Duty Modern Warfare multi player, I get these bright red and green spots, and the back ground of the maps is blurry. There are no issues in the campaign mode. I am using a Predator Helios 16 gaming laptop
