My memory is running at 6000mhz CL30, my cooling is really good so ik im not thermal throttling, though my GPU score is not much lower than average, but my CPU is about 5000 points below, so i think thats the issue. CPU is running at +0.15ghz offset, what else can i check to find out the issue?
