Typically I've only ever noticed this on say bulky weapons maybe sniper rifles the most and LMGs secondary but first I noticed it a bit on my M8A1 and now the Velix Pistol?
All these pauses in the clip is me trying to shoot and nothing happening. Then during the 2nd half of the clip my gun returns to normal.
its driving me crazy and maybe its something obvious but the pistol was torture using it like this
