Hello guys, i m new in this and i checked out some youtube tutorial for overclocking, so i just wanted to make sure if there is someone more experienced to confirm me its safe

In short
He put fixed voltage to 1.25v
Put fixed p-core value on 5.6 ghz
And in advanced cpu configuration
Turned off hyperthreading
And put in “active e-cores” number 6 instead of all.
He showed some benchmark in games and it really boosted fps, but i wanted to ask someone who knows to advice me are this settings safe? Would you guys change something or advice me to use some other tutorial
