PNY 3080 ti not posting after thermal paste change…. Ideas?

Yesterday I changed the thermal paste on this gpu, now I am not getting a display output.

thoughts on how to fix? I've tried different cables, different ports, reasserting cables, etc.

system boots fine with a 1080ti* (tested)
