Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is this normal? This has happened twice now.
I'm just walking along, minding my own business, when a random homeless/Pedestrian NPC comes up to my V, starts babbling about random conspiracy sounding stuff, accusing V, then turns violent. More pictures below. Both times they have had drugs on them. They are a normal NPC, then when they turn aggressive, the normal "combat" music begins and they have a red dot on the map. Nothing before that, though.
I can't find much on google about it, maybe I'm just unlucky/lucky?
Anyone else seen/experienced this?
